Our national MDs are searching better paid job offers abroad and when they go to England, Germany and to other places they do not want to come back. That we require to search replacement. Ukrainian specialists say alike same thing and they looking for work offers in Poland. So we could change polish MDs with that from abroad. Not just in dentistry in Poland but in next tasks too. Nurses are necessary too. Another issue is our thinking. Sick people and their families think that when they give to main MD or nurse a gift, they will treated greater than the rest. Is surely backward looking mentioning and a lot of doctors in big cities deem this behavior as fraud. Only in little towns and villages it is a type of tradition. Illogical tradition because MDs are surely the best paid work. But we can’t say, that our medical care is poor. Our National hospitals have to be manage in better way using people who have knowledge about finances and resource management. And our MDs are literally recognized abroad and medical institutions in the West will hire them with happiness. Same task is with another experts.
