I wouldn’t overemphasise if I say that I hate it. I love eating! I really believe that it is 1 of the main pleasures in our life. There are number of studies which show that people who are on neverending diet are a great deal more unhappy. Some studies also present that fat people are more cheerful. Obviously, I am are not talking about people morbidly overweight. With food is just like with any other aspect of life – do not cross the line; moderation is required. What I mean by this is – you cannot eat so much that you will be sick. It is so understandable that I am not going to discuss it more here. But at the same time I am conviced that sticking only to healthy food may not be so great for you too. I am convinced that you also surrounded by these people that are constantly on diet. What is common to all of them is that they wnder and talk about food continuously! This is very clear why It happens – you are far more likely to think about something which you can’t cannot have.
